Here is our inspired client, Jeff, at the beginning of his journey toward better health, stress management and a hard body!  
Jeff began with a weight of 174 pounds and 19% body fat. His measurements were typical of the 60-70 hour/week working family man who had not made fitness a priority. Sound familiar?

Jeff Week #1 12/22/06

Way to go, Jeff! After 1 week, he has seen some changes! Not easy during the Holiday season! Jeff saw a 1% drop in his body fat...down to 18% and 172 pounds! Jeff also saw improvements in his measurments after just one week!

Jeff Week #2 12/29/06

Making progress!! Jeff managed to make it through the Holidays with a weight loss instead of a weight gain! That's not to say it wasn't challenging, though!  It doesn't look like the Holiday goodies tempted him too much, however! He is down to 17% body fat this week and 171.5 pounds! Wow! Keeping up with his cardio and personal training sessions during the busiest time of year paid off, too! His measurements are looking good!

Jeff Week #3 1/7/07
Only week # 3 and seeing lots of improvements! Jeff's body fat % held at 17% this week, but his weight dropped to 169.5. In these few weeks, he has experienced an increase in his energy level, cardio endurance and has more restful sleep. What a great feeling! Let's see how the measurements have changed!

Jeff Week #4 1/14/07

Although Jeff experienced a little setback with the stomach flu and missed a couple of workouts, he managed to hold his own this week! His body fat is still holding at 17% with a drop in weight to 168 lbs from 169.5 lbs. Hips and waist down again this week! Way to go!

Jeff Week#5 1/21/07
Week #5 and Jeff is feeling great! He is working hard! Seeing the results makes working harder that much easier to do. Jeff experienced a drop in his body fat percentage to 16% and his weight to 167! Awesome!

Jeff Week #6 1/28/07
Week # 6 and Jeff is seeing lots of changes still! He is working hard and loving the new Jeff! His body fat and weight remained the same this week, 16% and 167 pounds. His hips and waist dropped by half-inch each! I see new pants in Jeff's future!

Jeff Week #7 2/4/07
Jeff's seventh week working with Brian and seeing lots of muscle gain! His weight increased by a pound bringing him to 168 lbs, but his body fat remained at 16%. This pound of muscle is evident in the half inch gain in his neck and shoulders and the 1/4" gain in his biceps and foreams! Keep packing it on Jeff! The more muscle you gain, the more fat you will lose!

Jeff Week #8 February 11, 2007
Month #2 and going strong! Jeff is quickly outgrowing his clothes! The birthday boy now wears a size 32! He hasn't seen that size in years! Jeff is down this week to 166 lbs and holding at 16% body fat. He gained inches where it counts..the shoulders, thighs, glutes and forearms. He lost more in his waist! Awesome work, Jeff!

Jeff Week #9 2/17/07

Jeff is on the fast track for beach season! He gained a pound this week and remained at 16% body fat. He gained 1/4 inch in his neck and shoulders. Still packing on muscle and dropping the fat! Keep up the hard work, Jeff!

Jeff Week #10 2/26/07
Jeff is continuing to put on muscle mass! Although he gained 3 pounds this week, he remained at 16% body fat and gained size in his neck, chest and thighs. As soon as his injury heals, he will be able to get back on the cardio routine and start dropping more body fat!

Despite his kiteboarding injury, Jeff is continuing to gain muscle! Unfortunately, he hasn't been able to keep up with his cardio program due to the hip pain and doctor's orders for rest, but his dedication to his strength training appointments are obvious! He gained several inches this week!

3 months has passed and Jeff has seen so much change! It's amazing what you can achieve in such a short time with a little motivation, enthusiasm and dedication! Great job, Jeff! Jeff's body fat is down to 15%! He has gained inches this week, too! That can only mean one thing...muscle mass!
